Heathrow Lost Baggage
If you are still not able to locate your baggage, you can then go to the missingx website and search for your item by following the steps given below:
- Visit the missingx website, which is missingx.com.
- Then search in the website's database to see if your baggage is there, as everything that is lost and found is updated on the website database. It takes 48 hours to update the website if the item has been handed over to the department.
- If you find your baggage, fill out the contact form with the details, and the matching process will start.
- If the matching is done, you will be given a code, which you have to type into mailmyproperty.com.
- Pay the service fee to mail my property and tell them the address to send your item.
- The service fee for the item ranges from GBP 5 to GBP 25.
